DMCA Policy
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This DMCA Policy outlines our procedures for addressing alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA. We will promptly process and investigate notices of alleged infringement and will take appropriate actions under the DMCA and other applicable intellectual property laws. Such actions may include removing or disabling access to any material claimed to be infringing.
Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement
If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content hosted on our site infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3) for further detail):
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works. This could include, for example, specific recipe instructions, unique photographs, or original descriptive text for "Crockpot Kielbasa Soup With Egg Noodles".

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content, such as your version of "Crockpot Kielbasa Soup With Egg Noodles," was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to file a counter-notification with us. To file a counter-notification, you must provide our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C. 512(g)(3) for further detail):
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled (e.g., the URL of your "Crockpot Kielbasa Soup With Egg Noodles" content before it was removed).
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the subscriber has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
